GWBD is pleased to announce that Mahesh Cheerla has joined the team as our new Director of Product Innovation & Engineering. Mahesh brings decades of progressive product development, engineering, and operations leadership from BrassCraft Manufacturing, a division of Masco Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President of Product Development with full ownership of multiple core product categories.<\/p>\n
Over the course of his career, Mahesh built and scaled new product pipelines that delivered substantial revenue growth, while driving significant enterprise cost savings and developing a strong intellectual property portfolio. His background spans the full innovation lifecycle, from R&D and stage-gate strategy through product management, manufacturing, quality, and compliance, giving him a rare combination of technical depth and commercial leadership.<\/p>\n
In his new role, Mahesh will lead GWBD\u2019s product innovation and engineering organization, partnering closely with the Manufacturing, Sales, and Engineering teams to strengthen the PRIER, FIAT, Stern-Williams product roadmap, accelerate speed-to-market, and drive customer-focused growth across all three brands.<\/p>\n
