GWBD is pleased to announce that Mahesh Cheerla has joined the team as our new Director of Product Innovation & Engineering. Mahesh brings decades of progressive product development, engineering, and operations leadership from BrassCraft Manufacturing, a division of Masco Corporation, where he most recently served as Vice President of Product Development with full ownership of multiple core product categories.
Over the course of his career, Mahesh built and scaled new product pipelines that delivered substantial revenue growth, while driving significant enterprise cost savings and developing a strong intellectual property portfolio. His background spans the full innovation lifecycle, from R&D and stage-gate strategy through product management, manufacturing, quality, and compliance, giving him a rare combination of technical depth and commercial leadership.
In his new role, Mahesh will lead GWBD’s product innovation and engineering organization, partnering closely with the Manufacturing, Sales, and Engineering teams to strengthen the PRIER, FIAT, Stern-Williams product roadmap, accelerate speed-to-market, and drive customer-focused growth across all three brands.
